Bhrigu Lake is a lake located at a height (14,100 ft) in Kullu district,Himachal Pradesh.. It is located to the east of Rohtang Pass and is around 6 kilometres from Gulaba village. It can be reached by trekking either from the Vashishth temple, which is famous for its hot water springs, which is close to the town of Manali or from Gulaba village.

Day 1 Arrive at Manali and report at the Base Camp.

Day 2 Transfer from Manali to Gulaba approximately 22 km road drive in jeep or bus. Upon reaching Gualaba trek to Rola Kholi approximately 7 km, 3 to 4 hour trek.

Day 3 After breakfast trek from Rola Kholi to Pandu Ropa via Bhrigu Lake approximately 14 kms which may take 7 to 8 hour trek. And later trek to Pandu Ropa – 7 km, 3 to 4 hours.

Day 4 After breakfast Pandu Ropa to Manali approximately kms, 4 hour trek. Overnight at the Base Camp.
